Organic Sprouted Kamut Cereal
Our coarsely ground Kamut, a golden ancient grain which is lower in gluten. Can also be added to breads and other baking recipes for more texture.
Delicious as a hot cereal, just add 1/4 cup cereal to one cup of boiling water, and simmer until done, about 10-15 minutes. Our tip: Try toasting it first, then cooking with water or milk.
