In a large bowl, mix together:
1/2 c. sourdough starter
1 c. milk
1 c. Summers Sprouted Wheat Flour
Let sit for 10-12 hours in a warm place, covered with a damp cloth.
When you are ready to make the rolls:
In a small bowl, mix together:
1 Tbsp. Sucanat or Rapadura
1 tsp. baking POWDER
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking SODA
Spread 1 cup of flour out on a board or countertop.
Turn very soft dough into flour.
Sprinkle soda mix over dough and gently work in.
Knead in all of the flour on the board, until the dough is slightly tacky.
Sourdough Dinner Rolls
Ten-twelve hours before you want rolls:
