praline cookies

   Cream together:
          1/2 c. soft butter      1 egg
          1/2 c. sucanat         1/2 c. honey
          1 tsp. vanilla
     Mix in:
          2 1/2 c. Summers Sprouted Spelt Flour
          1/4 tsp. baking powder
     Add and mix in:
          1 c. chopped pecans
     Roll into 1″ balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten
          with the palm of your hand to 1/8″ to 1/4″ circles.
     Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
     Cool for 1 minute and remove from sheet to a cooling rack.
