peanut butter cookies

 Cream together:
          1/4 cup soft butter
          1/2 cup peanut butter
          2 eggs
          1 cup Sucanat
          1 tsp. vanilla extract
 Mix in well, making a stiff dough:
          1 1/2 cups Summers Sprouted Spelt Flour
          1 tsp. baking powder

          Drop tablespoon size ‘balls’ of dough onto a cookie sheet
          Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.

Peanut Butter Cookies
