  Prepare one ‘Pudding Pie Crust’ in a 9-10” deep-dish pie pan.

  1st Layer
  Cream together:
          1 c. kefir cheese
          3/4 c. sour cream
          3/4 c. yogurt
          1-1 1/2 pkg. Mori-Nu Chocolate Pudding & Pie Mix
          (more sweetener can be added, if desired)
  Spread into Pudding Pie Crust.

2nd Layer
  Cream together until light and fluffy:
          1 1/4 c. kefir cheese
          2/3 c. (or more) maple sugar powder
          1/3 c. plain yogurt
          1/3 c. sour cream
          1 tsp. vanilla extract
  Spread over top of chocolate layer.
  Sprinkle with pecan pieces and chocolate-bar shavings.

  Chill for 2-3 hours before cutting.

  • 1/4 + 1/3 c sour cream

  • 2/3 c maple sugar powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1st Layer     Cream together: 1 c. kefir cheese, 3/4 c. sour cream, 3/4 c. yogurt,  1-1 1/2 pkg. Mori-Nu Chocolate Pudding & Pie Mix, (more sweetener can be added, if desired)
  • Spread into Pudding Pie Crust.
  • 2nd Layer     Cream together until light and fluffy: 1 1/4 c. kefir cheese, 2/3 c. (or more) maple sugar powder, 1/3 c. plain yogurt, 1/3 c. sour crea, 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Spread over top of chocolate layer.
  • Sprinkle with pecan pieces and chocolate-bar shavings.
  • Chill for 2-3 hours before cutting.
