milk chocolate frosting

 Whisk together:
          1 c. sour cream 
          1/2 c. kefir cheese 
          1/2 c. Sucanat or maple sugar 
 Melt over a very low heat:
          1/4 c. butter
          1/2 c. chocolate chips 
  Slowly pour into dairy mix. Refrigerate and stir occasionally until
          sweetener is dissolved. 
  Spread over cooled cake. Keep cake in fridge.
