Cream together:
1/4-1/3 c. soft butter
1/2-3/4 c. sucanat
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
Mix in 1/2 c. at a time, making a stiff dough:
2 1/2-3 c. Summers Sprouted Spelt Flour
Add in:
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. Sunspire Organic Chocolate Chips
Form into golf-ball size balls. Press and flatten onto greased
cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
