Cream together:
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. Sucanat
1/2 c. maple syrup or honey
Whip in:
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
Stir in:
1 1/4 c. Summers Sprouted Spelt Flour
a pinch of baking powder
Add in 1/2-3/4 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)
Spread evenly into a 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 greased pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
