Cardomom cake/bread

Cream together: 
          2 sticks soft butter or ghee
          4 eggs
          2/3 c. maple syrup
 Mix in:
          3 c. Summers Organic Sprouted Spelt Flour 
          2 tsp. baking powder
          pinch of salt
 Mix in:
          2 tsp. Cardomon seeds 
 Place in a greased loaf pan or 9×13 cake pan. 
 Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
 Freezes well.
