butterscotch brownies with coconut & pecans

 Cream together:
          1 c. maple sugar or sucanat
          1/3 c. soft butter
          1 egg
          1 tsp. vanilla
  Add in and mix well:
          1 c. Summers Sprouted Spelt Flour
          1 tsp. baking powder
          1/4 tsp. salt
   Add:
          1/3 c. coconut
          1/3 c. chopped pecans
   Bake in 8 x 8 greased baking pan at 350 for 20 minutes.
