almond cookies

     Cream together:
          1/3 c. soft butter
          1/3 c. almond butter
          2 eggs
          1/3 c. Sucanat
          1/3 c. honey
          1/2 tsp. almond extract
     Mix in well, making a stiff dough:
          1 2/3 c.  Summers Sprouted Spelt or Sprouted Wheat Flour
          3/4 c. almonds, coarsely chopped or ground
     Drop tablespoon size ‘balls’ of dough onto a cookie sheet. Press
          flat with a fork.
     Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes for a softer cookie…
          or 15 minutes for a crisper texture. Makes 3 dozen.
