alex’s blueberry muffins

 Cream together and let sit until sugar is dissolved:
          1/2 c. soft butter (or grapeseed oil)
          3 eggs
          2/3 c. Sucanat or Rapadura
          1/4 c. maple syrup
  Mix in:
          2 c. Summers Sprouted Spelt or Wheat Flour
          1 tsp. baking powder
          6 oz. fresh or frozen blueberries
  Batter will be soft but stiff. 
  Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
